At St. Michael Elementary, students take part in daily prayer at the beginning of the day, at lunchtime, and at the end of the day.  Students also participate in religion class and have the opportunity to ask questions and grow in their faith.  There is weekly Mass, Rosary, and classroom clergy visits.  Second grade students prepare to receive their sacrament of Reconciliation in December and 1st Communion following Easter.  Students also participate in seasonal liturgical events and learn to care for all of God’s creation and each other.

St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
